Commercial
We have developed and renovated neighborhood strip centers, single tenant big box, retail tenant space and office buildings. We are currently looking for value add properties.
Multi-Family
We are currently looking for Class C and D apartment buildings consisting of 20 or more units as well as mobile home parks with 20 or more units.
